Three Earn ECAC East All-Academic Team Recognition
CENTERVILLE, Mass. - Sophomore goaltender Nick Dries (Commerce Township, Mich.) and senior forwards Marissa Serafino (Rutland, Vt.) and Aly Zappen (Huntington Beach, Calif.) of the Saint Anselm College ice hockey teams earned placement on the 2011-12 Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference East All-Academic Teams for their respective sports, ECAC Commissioner Rudy Keeling announced late Friday afternoon.

King Named A Semi-Finalist For 2012 Joe Concannon Award
BOSTON - Saint Anselm College men’s ice hockey forward and captain Tim King (Weymouth, Mass.) was selected as one of 18 semi-finalists for the 12th-annual Joe Concannon Award, presented annually to the best American-born college hockey player in New England. The award’s finalists, announced by Gridiron Club of Greater Boston president Paul Stewart on Thursday, were selected by a special 15-person panel.
