GRASONVILLE, Md. – The Saint Anselm College golf team finished 20th at the Towson Spring Invitational held at the Prospect Bay Golf Club in Grasonville, Md. held this past weekend.
Stephen Hunt was the top finisher for the Hawks as he followed up an opening round 78 with a second round 80 to finish in a tie for 71st at 158. Joe Brunelle matched Hunt with an 80 in the second round, and the senior finished 88th with a two-day score of 161.
Tad Link improved his score by three strokes on day two with an 82 to finish in a tie for 106th with a score of 167. Jack Dowding wrapped up the tournament with a second round 87 to post a two-day score of 170, while Jack Ball registered a 91 on the final day to finish with a 174.
The Hawks return to action on April 13-14 when they travel to Baldwinsville, N.Y. for the Mike Bello Invitational hosted by Le Moyne College.
